1. Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
02 Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- ✅ Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- ✅ Returned in original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included
- ✅ Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
⚠️ Non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable/digital products, perishable goods, personalized items, and products marked as final sale.
03 Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team at contact@runwaydealshop.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
04 Inspection & Approval
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet eligibility requirements or show signs of use, damage, or missing components.
05 Refunds
If your return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Shipping charges, handling fees, or service fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
06 Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
07 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.
08 Exchanges
Exchanges for the same product or a different size or variant are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

10 Order Cancellations
